In between 1405 – 1433, one of the Admiral Zheng. He’s voyages was reaching at Malacca, Malaysia. After paying his respect to the Sultan, Zheng He and his men were being treated to a sumptuous feast and one of the dishes, the roasted chicken with its aromatic smell and tenderly taste of chicken with the combination of local spices had caught Zheng He’s attention to it. The Sultan named it as “The Emperor Herbs Chicken”, and it is the origin of “The Emperor Herbs Chicken Spices”.
